Shogi pieces varies by its' font style. Also there are one letter version for each font style. low priced set tend to have red letters printed on the back (Promoted piece) As a young kid, I specifically had problem distinguish between promoted rook and promoted bishop. Here are all digital graphics I have that I can use under creative common license. I opted to use one letter version as it is little easier to recognize.
