The first board uses empty object, which simply shows initial state of shogi board.

The second board uses low level coding data and has no kifu behind it. In this case, kifu download button will not show

Comment window will be displayed when there exists comment with any of movements

When board has data that has some movements, bank of buttons will be displayed.

When kifu data has some branch moves, then buttons for branch moves will be also added
